Relationship Manager - Housing Finance (Builder Channel)

Role & responsibilities:

Candidate must have experience in Builder Channel and Builder Tie-ups.

• Generate Home Loan business through builder/developer tie-ups.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders and their sales teams.
• Source leads from builder projects and ensure target achievement.
• Coordinate for project approvals with internal teams (Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, etc.).
• Conduct site visits and builder engagement activities.
• Cross-sell products like Insurance, CASA, and Credit Cards.
• Provide end-to-end support to customers from application to disbursement.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Local candidates preferred.
• 2 to 7 years of experience in Home Loans/Housing Finance/Mortgage sales.
• Experience in Builder Channel preferred.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Age: 24 to 34 years.
• Graduate / Post Graduate.
