Role & responsibilities :
- Drive Home Loan business for the assigned branch/location.
- Generate leads through DSA, DST, references, connectors and digital leads.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
- Achieve monthly login, sanction and disbursement targets.
- Coordinate with Credit & Operations for smooth case processing.
- Prior experience in HL/LAP/Mortgage/NBFC/Banking preferred.
