Job Summary

We have an urgent opening with most of the leading brand in Mutual Funds.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with IFA partners.
• Regularly communicate with distributors to understand their needs and concerns.
• Address issues and provide support to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Identify and onboard new IFA partners to expand the distribution network.
• Deepen market penetration in specific geographies.
• Generate leads and drive sales through various initiatives.
• Achieve set sales targets through consistent sales efforts.
• Develop and implement annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure distributors have a thorough understanding of products and investment strategies.
• Provide support on marketing materials, product information, and investment strategies.
• Coordinate and lead distributor events, training initiatives, and investor education programs.
• Stay informed about market trends and industry developments.
• Identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Analyze market data and provide insights to improve sales performance.
