Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely resolution of their queries and concerns.
- Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling of LAP products to existing customers.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's offerings, including home loans, DSA, and other financial services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues related to loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.
Job Requirements :
- 2-11 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of LAP (Loan Against Property) products and processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship management.
