Relationship Officer LAP

Experience: 1–4 years in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Loans

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and source Loan Against Property (LAP) leads through direct and channel sales.
• Handle customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong customer and DSA relationships.
• Collect documents and coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams.
• Conduct field visits and achieve monthly sales/disbursement targets.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in LAP/Mortgage/secured lending preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Target-oriented with good local market knowledge.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Required)
