Job Description

We are hiring Relationship Managers / Bancassurance professionals for Life Insurance roles across various bank branch locations in Chennai and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through Bancassurance and direct sales channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank customers and branch teams.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Generate leads through bank branch referrals and other sales activities.
• Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely policy closure.
• Coordinate regularly with bank branch staff and internal teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide quality service.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, BFSI, or Direct Sales.
• Candidates with proven sales and target-achievement experience are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Candidates available for immediate or short-notice joining are preferred.
