- Manage CASA (Current Account Savings Account) portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase deposits, reduce attrition rates, and improve overall banking relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 2-18 years of experience in BFSI industry with expertise in CASA management.
- Strong understanding of saving accounts, current accounts, and other financial products offered by banks.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and improving business performance.
