- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored loan solutions.
- Process mortgage loans against property, ensuring timely disbursement of funds while maintaining high credit standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues related to loan applications.
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.
Job Requirements :
- 2-25 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of mortgage loans against property (LAP) products and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
