Business Acquisition & Portfolio Growth

• Acquire new NRI customers through branch referrals, self-sourcing, digital leads, and networking channels.
• Drive growth in NRE Savings Accounts, NRO Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits, and recurring deposit portfolios.
• Promote inward remittance services and other NRI banking solutions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across liability
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Relationship Management

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing NRI customers.
• Provide personalized banking solutions based on customer needs.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, requests, and complaints.
• Conduct regular customer engagement activities through calls, virtual meetings, and branch interactions.

Customer Service & Experience

• Deliver seamless onboarding and servicing experience to NR customers.
• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Branches, and Contact Centre teams for prompt resolution of service requests.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention levels.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Adhere to RBI, FEMA, KYC/AML, and internal Bank policies.
• Ensure timely completion and periodic review of customer documentation.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in account opening, remittances, and deposit transactions.
• Escalate suspicious or non-compliant transactions as per Bank guidelines.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Sound understanding of NRI banking products and FEMA regulations
• Strong relationship management and sales skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office and banking applications
