Responsibilities
- Acquire new NRI clients through referrals, market outreach, and branch-led initiatives
- Manage and grow the existing NRI customer portfolio
- Offer end-to-end NRI banking solutions including:
- NRE / NRO / FCNR Accounts
- Deposits, Remittances, and Forex Services
- Home Loans, Investments, and Wealth Products
- Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, FATCA, and RBI guidelines
- Achieve CASA, deposit, revenue, and cross-sell targets
- Build long-term relationships by providing personalized service and advisory
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Trade Forex, Wealth, Credit)
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
