Job Responsibilities

• Solicit and acquire new clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand clients’ business and financing needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support to clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and other business development activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Consistently work towards achieving individual sales and revenue targets.
• Contribute to the overall growth and development of the business.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial loan sales / solicitation.
• Proven track record in acquiring clients and achieving sales or revenue targets.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to understand clients’ financing needs.
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a sales-focused environment.
• Able to work effectively with internal and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese would be advantageous for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.
