Job Title: Relationship Manager – Platinum Banking

Role Overview The Relationship Manager (Platinum Banking) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value customers by offering personalized banking and wealth solutions. The role focuses on deepening relationships, increasing revenue, and delivering a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Platinum / High Net-Worth (HNI) clients

• Acquire new premium customers through referrals, leads, and networking

• Cross-sell banking and financial products:

• CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)

• Wealth products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds)

• Loans (Personal, Home, Business)

• Ensure portfolio growth in terms of revenue and customer engagement

• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular interactions

• Provide customized financial solutions based on client needs

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines

• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
