Relationship Manager – Premium Accounts

• Department: Branch Banking | Role: Sales & Acquisition
• Main Goal: Acquire high-value Current Accounts through open-market sales and cross-selling.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire 4–5 new Current Accounts/month, including premium accounts.
• Generate leads through market visits and networking.
• Ensure proper KYC/AML compliance and smooth customer onboarding.
• Maintain customer activation, balances, and digital banking usage.
• Cross-sell products like Trade, FX, CMS, Digital Banking etc.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager and product teams.

Eligibility

• Education: Graduate; MBA preferred.
• Location : PAN India
• Experience: 3-10 years in Premium Account acquisition, preferably business banking.
• Good knowledge of local market, business segments, and commercial areas.
• Fluency in English and local language.
• Good Excel, communication, sales, and banking knowledge.
• Professional appearance and strong grooming standards.
