Relationship Manager - Prestige Banking

JOB PROFILE

• Canvass new business opportunities and grow the portfolio book value across assets, liabilities, and FX income.
• Manage a portfolio of 200-250 relationships and ensure continuous growth.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial needs, objectives, and risk appetite to offer innovative wealth management solutions.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, with the ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
• Operate in an environment free from any operational lapses, audit failures, and regulatory lapses. Ensure no KYC breaches when onboarding and managing relationships, and timely carry out Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews.
• A strong understanding of external market developments in banking and finance to effectively connect and create cross-selling opportunities linking the bank's products and services to the portfolio.

APPLICANT'S PROFILE

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field from a recognized university.
• Full professional qualifications in Banking, Marketing, Finance, or a related field are an added advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in front-line customer service roles, with strong relationship management skills, including exposure to managing ultra-high-net-worth segments in priority banking.
• Good understanding of banking products, mainly deposits, retail lending, investment options, and treasury products.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and perform consistently in line with business objectives set.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Multi language skills will be more advantageous.
• Customer-first mindset in all actions and deeds, and be available for your portfolio at call.
