Relationship Manager, Private Wealth

We're looking for client relationship professionals to work in various regional banks in Hong Kong!

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management & Growth: Build, maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with HNW clients to grow Assets Under Management (AUM) and overall portfolio revenue.
• Bespoke Advisory: Assess the financial needs of existing and prospective clients, offering customized wealth solutions covering Investment & Insurance (I&I) products and tailored banking services.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Commercial Banking, Treasury, Global Markets) to maximize cross-selling opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and exceed revenue targets.
• Risk & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to internal bank policies, HKMA regulatory requirements, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.

Requirements:

• Education & Professional Licensing: University degree or equivalent. Must hold active HKSI (Passes in Papers 1, 7, 8 or equivalent) or IIQE (Papers 1, 2, 3, 5) licenses.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience within retail or private banking.
• Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of retail banking, investment, insurance, and structured products.
• Languages: Native or professional fluency in Cantonese, with strong proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Work Authorization: Must possess valid legal right to work in Hong Kong.
