Relationship Manager – Private Wealth

Responsibilities

• Focus on prospecting and maintaining relationships with Private Wealth clients, including HNWIs, private investment companies and family offices. Form a good understanding of the wealth management landscape and develop a good network within the segment.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, including but not limited to direct prospecting, referring channels and events.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s platforms, products and solutions, and able to differentiate and match accordingly to Private Wealth clients' trading and investment needs.
• Initiate and drive internal improvements on platforms, products and solutions to better match the general needs of private wealth client.
• Plan and work independently to achieve personal sales targets within a team setup, where you can also leverage resources among your peers and other teams within the company.
• Maintain good relationship with your clients, and establish long term client retention and partnerships

Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in business development functions facing HNWIs, private investment companies or family offices, focusing on trading/investment products, platforms, or solutions. CFA/FRM or related financial certificates is a plus.
• Have experiences dealing with private wealth clients on investment and asset allocation, ect. Being able to advise accordingly.
• Self-driven in sales function and able to manage the whole sales cycle independently.
• Solid knowledge base in multi-assets, compulsory in equities trading. Able to pick up quickly on demonstrating trading/investment platforms and solutions.
• Fast learner, effective communicator, and team player.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and be a team player.
