Role - Relationship Manager - Real Estate

Location : Kolkata, Delhi, Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities :

-> Scoping and scanning the market for origination of real estate transactions from both the primary and secondary (existing lender/investor) markets, including standard asset classes, high yield deals, special scenario deals, and lease rental discounting agreements.-> Developing strategies for financing, restructuring, settlement, and advising mandates in collaboration with promoters, CFOs, and CXOs.

-> To assess the Real Estate asset category overall, comprehension skills are required.

-> Constant communication with coverage teams, agencies, investors, and internal relationships

-> Formulating suitable credit solutions and creating pitches with financing options->Creation of IM and analytical materials, including as cash flow models and information dockets, for both external investors and internal do-ability assessments.

-> Coordinating placements with the sales staff, outside agencies, and potential investors.

-> Deal closure, includes funding, documentation, due diligence, and sanctions
