- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp and client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable projects.
- Explain project details, pricing and payment plans.
- Arrange and conduct site visits.
- Follow up with clients and convert leads into bookings.
- Build strong client relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of Noida/Greater Noida real estate is an advantage.
