RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - REAL ESTATE

Relationship Manager – Real Estate | Dubai

We are looking for a motivated Relationship Manager to build strong client and broker relationships, drive property sales, and support buyers throughout their purchasing journey.

Key responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and brokerage partners.

* Generate new business opportunities and follow up on sales enquiries.

* Present projects, property availability, pricing, and payment plans.

* Arrange client meetings, property viewings, and site visits.

* Manage negotiations and coordinate with internal teams to complete sales.

* Maintain accurate client records and achieve agreed sales targets.

* Address client enquiries and coordinate after-sales support.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in real estate sales or relationship management; UAE experience preferred.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.

* Knowledge of Dubai’s property market, particularly off-plan developments.

* Ability to manage multiple clients, follow up consistently, and close sales.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
