Relationship Manager (RM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customer financial requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Promote and explain relevant financial products and services.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
• Maintain regular communication with customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth application and documentation processes.
• Maintain accurate customer records and required documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit regular sales/activity reports.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 year of work experience in relationship management, sales, banking, financial services, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
