Role: Buyer Relationship Manager
Position Type: Permanent
Qualification: MBA Marketing (Preferred) / Any Graduate
Work Locations: Bangalore (2), Belagavi(1) , Pune (1)

Experience: 4-8 years
CTC: As per Industry Standards

Preferred Background: B2B E-commerce, BFSI, Sales SME and Business Banking, Trade Finance, NBFC, Engineering & Construction, Steel industries

Key Skills: Field experience in open market end-to-end sales, individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboard and engage buyers/sellers to the platform, driving transactions and business growth.
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets consistently.
Identify opportunities and provide platform-centric solutions to customers.
Utilize strong financial acumen to manage SME and MSME relationships effectively.
Recommend appropriate banks/NBFCs based on customer profiles and coordinate loan/finance processes.
Deepen customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
