Due to continued business growth, they are seeking experienced Relationship Managers to join their Wealth Management team. About the Role

The role focuses on developing and managing a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients, building trusted client relationships, and providing holistic wealth management solutions while driving growth in assets under management, deposits, and revenue within a stable and reputable banking platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide holistic wealth management solutions.
• Identify clients' financial needs and recommend suitable investment, insurance, lending, and banking products.
• Grow assets under management (AUM), deposits, and revenue through proactive relationship management.
• Acquire new-to-bank customers through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Deliver professional financial advice while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with product specialists and investment advisors to provide tailored solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.

Relevant experience in:

• Retail Banking
• Priority Banking
• Wealth Management
• Private Wealth Management
• Private Banking
• Holder of HKSI Papers 1, 7, and 8 (or equivalent regulated licenses).
• Qualified for insurance and investment product distribution.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio growth, or wealth management sales.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, sales-driven, and customer-oriented.
