Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager - Micro LAP

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Individual role
• Identification and development of Channels & Supervision of Channels through regular visits
• Create Awareness in the market through direct or indirect marketing activities
• Provide regular updates and training to DSAs and channels on products and policies
• Builds and maintains a steady relationship with customers
• Attract channels which do business for other competitors & Weeding out of unproductive channels
• Have a concrete understanding of the Mortgage policy in terms of documents required, process to be followed.
• Ensure all the documents are given at the time of login to help risk in taking a decision on the case.

• Sourcing allowed Up to 30 KM
• Minimum 4 to 12 yrs. of LAP experience can apply.
