Relationship Manager (Service Advisor)

Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech – Automobile / Mechanical (Preferred)

Job Description:

• Handling customers at workshop and understanding their service requirements
• Preparing job cards with accurate problem description
• Explaining repairs, cost estimates, and delivery timelines to customers
• Coordinating with technicians and workshop team for smooth workflow
• Ensuring timely delivery of vehicles as per commitment
• Regular follow-ups with customers for approvals and updates
• Handling customer complaints and ensuring proper resolution
• Maintaining customer relationship for repeat business
• Ensuring adherence to company and OEM service standards
• Maintaining proper documentation and records of service activities
