Relationship Manager/ Sr. Relationship manager-MFD

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) and IFAs.
• Drive mutual fund sales and AUM growth through the MFD channel.
• Acquire new MFDs and deepen business with existing partners.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and business targets.
• Conduct distributor meetings, product presentations, and business reviews.
• Provide regular product updates, market insights, and sales support to MFD partners.
• Track competitor activity and identify opportunities for business growth.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• Relevant experience in mutual fund sales / MFD channel / wealth management / financial services.
• Strong distributor relationship management and sales skills.
• Age: Below 35 years.
• No employment gaps.
• Current company tenure: Minimum 1 year.
• Target-oriented with good communication and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
