Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable products, services or solutions
• Handle client enquiries, applications, renewals etc.
• Coordination with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery and resolve client issues
• Comply with company policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related professional qualification
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
• Energetic, passionate and cheerful person
• Team player and love to interact with people, while capable to work independently
• Immediate available is preferred
