Relationship Manager - Wholesale Liabilities

:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage relationships with wholesale liability clients. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth by acquiring and maintaining high-value corporate and institutional clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored liability products. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in wholesale banking, strong client management skills, and a strategic approach to portfolio growth within the financial services sector. Responsibilities:-

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain wholesale liability clients, aligning with the banks growth objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value corporate and institutional clients, ensuring their liability requirements are effectively met.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and risk assessment to tailor liability products that meet client needs and comply with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with credit, risk, and product teams to structure competitive and compliant liability solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement and by providing expert financial advice.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on portfolio performance, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards related to wholesale liabilities.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless onboarding and servicing of clients.
• Drive cross-selling initiatives by identifying opportunities within the existing client base to offer additional banking products.
