Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and manage customer relationships.
• Promote banking and financial products.
• Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Cross-sell loans, deposits, insurance, and digital banking solutions.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
• Complete KYC and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility:

• Full-time Graduate or Postgraduate (depending on the program).
• Minimum 50% marks (higher criteria may apply for specific programs).
• Freshers and candidates with limited work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in sales/customer-facing roles.
• Ready to relocate if required.
