Analytics capability needed to support PSF is still evolving in the organization Shortage of skilled talent in the insurance sales space and their optimum availability inside the organization Skilling of internal talent to match the changing landscape of consumers availability of training content, trainers, training ecosystem Internal coordination across functions for resolution of unique customer cases Ability to drive & motivate team and guide sales team achieve targets Strategize for Growth of Topline , Product Mix and Productivity Detailed Understanding of Life Insurance and Products Operations Team to be able to pick up relevant leads, smooth log in and issuance process Underwriting to devise non-medical limits, address concerns etc. IT – to address technology needs.
