• Presentable personality with good communication skills.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Basic knowledge of POS machines, digital payment solutions, and merchant acquisition.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products and processes.
• Proficiency in the local language is mandatory; English communication will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Age: 18- 30 years.
• 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI, FinTech, Telecom, or the Payments industry.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
• Knowledge of the local market and business network.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new merchants and onboard them for POS machine services.
• Generate leads through field visits and business development activities.
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Explain product features and benefits to prospective merchants.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain daily sales reports and follow up with prospective clients.
