Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. As a Relationship Officer specializing in Home Loans, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our home loan products to potential customers. Your main objective will be to achieve sales targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and their needs.

3. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.

4. Present, promote, and sell our home loan products to prospective customers.

6. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within the given timeframe.

7. Prepare sales contracts and documentation accurately.

8. Collaborate with internal teams such as credit officers and underwriters to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
