We are looking for a competent Relationship Manager with good character. The Relationship Officer at Mayristics Enterprise is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, business partners, and prospective clients. The role focuses on excellent communication, customer satisfaction, business development, and creating long-term partnerships that support the growth of the company

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners.
• Attend to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Promote Mayristics Enterprise products and services.
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams.
• Gather customer feedback and recommend ways to improve service delivery.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings and business engagements.
• Support customer retention and business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service and relationship-building abilities.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Confident, organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or business development is an advantage.
