Position: Relationship Officer (DST)

Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA + Incentives
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Home Loan/LAP Sales
Qualification: Graduation
Locations: Chandigarh, Udaipur, Bhilwara, Bhiwadi, Jaipur, Jhunjhunu, Jodhpur, Nokha, Rohtak, Kurukshetra, Panipat, Rohini, Moti Nagar, Noida, Gurugram, Bulandshahr & Muzaffarnagar

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Home Loan/LAP Sales
• Strong interest and willingness to work in field sales
• Good communication and relationship-management skills
• Ability to generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets
• Good knowledge of the local market
• Experience in handling customers and channel partners

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for Home Loan/LAP products through field activities
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners
• Identify potential customers and convert leads into business
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to disbursement
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets
• Conduct regular field visits and market activities
