Relationship Officer

Sales & Business Development Source new customers for loan products through field visits, references, campaigns, and local market activities. Promote and explain company loan products (personal loans, business loans, gold loans, group loans, etc.) to prospective clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerin

Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Provide customers with timely updates on loan application status. Address customer queries, grievances, and service-related issues promptly. Ensure excellent post-disbursement service and follow-up on renewals (if applicable).

Collections & Recovery Support Follow up with customers for timely EMI payments. Coordinate with the collections team for overdue accounts. Ensure healthy portfolio quality by identifying early warning signals.

Compliance & Reporting Ensure strict adherence to company policies, and compliance standards. Maintain updated records of customer meetings, leads, and sales in the CRM system. Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹9,695.22 - ₹31,717.71 per month

Work Location: In person
