Relationship Officer

We are looking for motivated and target-driven Relationship Officers to join our Banking Sales team in Dubai.

The role involves acquiring new customers and promoting banking products, particularly credit cards and financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and approach potential customers through various sales channels.
• Promote and sell banking products and credit cards.
• Understand customer requirements and assess basic eligibility.
• Collect required documents and submit applications.
• Follow up with customers throughout the application process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow company and banking compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience is required.
• Sales experience from UAE or home country is accepted.
• Banking or financial sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
