About Veloria
Veloria Premium Real Estate L.L.C. is a Dubai-licensed brokerage helping local and international clients buy, sell, lease and invest in property across the UAE. We work across ready homes and off-plan launches from leading developers, and we measure success by how many clients come back to us for their next move.
Key responsibilities
The role splits roughly into managing an assigned client book, closing transactions for those clients, and staying compliant and well-informed while doing it.
Client relationships
- Act as the single point of contact for an assigned book of buyers, investors, landlords and tenants, from first enquiry through handover and beyond.
- Qualify new leads quickly by budget, timeline, purpose (end use or investment) and financing.
- Build and maintain client profiles covering goals, preferences and portfolio holdings.
- Hold regular portfolio reviews with investor clients and recommend resale, leasing, refinancing or upgrade options.
- Grow repeat and referral business through after-sales follow-up, launch invitations and client events.
Sales and transactions
- Match clients to suitable ready and off-plan properties and arrange viewings, site visits and developer presentations.
- Explain payment plans, rental-yield estimates, service charges and total cost of ownership in plain terms.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate each deal through MoU (Form F), deposit, NOC and transfer, or Oqood registration for off-plan purchases.
- Work with developers, mortgage advisers, conveyancers and the leasing team so each transaction closes on time.
- Support project launches and roadshows, including client invitations and post-event follow-up.
Market knowledge and compliance
- Keep up to date on Dubai communities, new launches, price trends, rental yields and DLD transaction data.
- Guide clients on related processes such as Golden Visa eligibility through property, mortgage pre-approval and Ejari registration, referring to specialists where needed.
- Complete KYC and anti-money-laundering checks on every client and transaction, and escalate anything unusual to the compliance officer.
- Follow RERA brokerage and advertising rules, including valid permits on every listing and campaign.
Reporting
- Log every call, meeting, viewing and deal stage in the CRM on the same day.
- Report weekly to the Portfolio Manager on pipeline, conversions, client feedback and market insights.
Requirements
Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are both welcome; freshers receive full onboarding and support to get their RERA broker card.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field.
- Freshers welcome; 1–4 years in Dubai real estate sales or leasing, relationship management, private banking or wealth management is an advantage.
- RERA broker card preferred; freshers will be supported to obtain one during probation.
- For experienced candidates, a track record of closed transactions or a managed client portfolio you can talk through.
- Fluent spoken and written English; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Mandarin or other languages are a strong advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence; own car preferred.
Skills and competencies
The strongest candidates combine consultative selling with the follow-through that keeps clients for years.
- Relationship building: earns trust quickly and keeps in touch without being pushy.
- Consultative selling and negotiation: listens first, then recommends and negotiates in the client's interest.
- Financial fluency: comfortable with payment plans, yields, mortgage basics and resale pricing.
- CRM discipline: keeps records complete and current in tools such as Salesforce, Zoho or portal lead managers.
- Communication: clear and professional on calls, email and WhatsApp, including with high-net-worth clients.
- Discretion: handles client data and financial details confidentially.
- Self-management: organised, follows up without being reminded and manages a full diary of viewings.
