Relationship Officer

We are looking for energetic, target-driven Relationship Officer to join our growing team and represent a reputed bank in the UAE. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and consistently achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products, primarily Credit Cards
• Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, corporate visits, and other sourcing channels
• Identify eligible customers and maintain quality submissions
• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets
• Explain product features, benefits, fees, and eligibility clearly to customers
• Ensure complete and accurate customer documentation
• Strictly follow bank policies, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide professional service
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and follow-up

Candidate Requirements

• *Minimum 1 year of Banking/Sales experience preferred

* *Graduation mandatory*

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented with a strong willingness to succeed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• UAE banking/credit card sales experience will be an added advantage
