Role: Caller Prospect & Win back
Engage, fix appointments of new prospective customers.
Engage and retain old customers.
Preferred candidate profile
Fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali.
Prior outbound call-centre experience is required.
Hands-on dialer experience is preferable.
Strong communication, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
Telesales or sales experience will be preferred.
