Relationship Officer (Field Executive)

Role & responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers regularly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and hospital staff.
• Collect and update healthcare provider data.
• Act as a liaison between doctors, hospitals, and ECHSIndia.
• Coordinate field activities and ensure smooth communication.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 03 years of experience in field sales, relationship management, healthcare, insurance, pharmaceutical, or marketing. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Strong relationship-building and coordination abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and smartphone applications.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
