Relationship Officer / Operations Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated, professional Arabic National Operations Executive to manage daily operational activities, handle clients, coordinate with internal teams and support business growth. The ideal candidate has strong experience in client relationship management, negotiation, deal closing, sales coordination and operational follow-up. You should be confident dealing with customers, understand their business requirements and be able to turn enquiries and opportunities into successful deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operational activities to keep the business running smoothly
• Handle clients professionally and build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Communicate with new and existing clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations and business opportunities
• Negotiate with clients on pricing, services and commercial terms
• Lead the deal-closing process and convert opportunities into successful business
• Coordinate with sales, finance, warehouse, technical and other departments to deliver customer requirements on time
• Monitor ongoing deals and follow up until completion and payment collection
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally
• Prepare and maintain client records, quotations, agreements and operational reports
• Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition
• Follow up regularly with key clients and develop repeat business
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity
• Support management in achieving operational, sales and business development targets
• Ensure company policies, procedures and service standards are followed
• Give management regular updates on client activity, ongoing deals and operational performance

Requirements

• Arabic National (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Operations or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, sales, business development, client management or a similar role
• Proven experience in client dealing, negotiation, sales coordination and closing business deals
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management and business operations
• Experience handling corporate and individual clients preferred
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to spot business opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Qatar/GCC market experience is an advantage

Preferred candidate

A confident Arabic-speaking professional who is comfortable meeting clients, negotiating commercial terms and closing deals, with a strong business mindset and the ability to take ownership of assigned clients and operational activities. Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
