Key Accountabilities

a) Provide best in class Customer Service and ensure customer delight
b) Responsible for sales from distributors and walk-in customers, advising them on market scenario and suitable products
c) To accept applications and ensure that the same are in alignment with compliance guidelines and time stamp as per agreed guidelines
d) Service Queries to be resolved within TAT, critical query management & managing escalations as per the investor need
e) To ensure reconciliation of records and update HO on queries within 24 hours
f) Transactions are processed with zero error
g) Interacting with CAMS on daily basis for issue resolution
h) Responsible for Cross selling of the products and retention of the customers
i) Manage irate customers
j) Taking care of Administration activities
k) Should be completely updated on the various products and market scenario
