- Framework Design: Define, implement, and continuously improve Release and Delivery Management processes, ensuring seamless collaboration across workstreams, application teams, test management, and environment management
- Release Calendaring: Create, maintain, and publish the Release Overview (ROV), detailing dependencies, scope, key milestones, and planned downtimes for all PB TOM initiatives. (also within JIRA)
- Change Governance: Maintain a holistic view of all planned production changes (utilizing ServiceNow, dbRIB, etc.) to optimize release windows, resolve scheduling conflicts, and minimize operational risk
- Cutover Planning: Develop detailed, step-by-step cutover plans for major release weekends, mapping out technical tasks, validation steps, and rollback procedures
- Control Room Leadership: Drive weekend deployment activities by leading the "Control Room," tracking execution progress in real-time, coordinating technical teams, and managing live escalations
- Incident & Change Alignment: Align release activities with corporate ITIL frameworks, managing emergency changes and coordinate post-implementation reviews (PIRs) to capture lessons learned
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the central liaison between diverse stakeholder groups, including Production Management, Change Management, Test Management, IT Application Owners (IT-AOs), and Application Release Managers
- Meeting Facilitation: Prepare for, host, and document critical alignment forums, including routine Delivery and Release Management updates with workstreams and high-profile status calls with Senior Management
- Executive Reporting: Translate complex technical release risks and delivery statuses into clear, actionable executive summaries for senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor or Master Degree in computer science or similar
- Minimum of 7 yearsof experience as Delivery Manager role or in a similar position, with a proven track record in complex IT delivery and release management, cutover planning, and change governance (ITIL/ServiceNow)

- ITSM Platforms: Strong practical knowledge of change, incident, and release management workflows within ServiceNow (or similar ITIL-aligned platforms)
- Productivity & Collaboration: Expert level in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience leveraging AI productivity tools (e.g., MS Copilot) to streamline administrative and reporting workflows
- Release & Project Management: Proven experience in project-, release management and modern software delivery lifecycles (SDLC), utilizing both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
- ITIL Framework: Solid understanding of ITIL best practices, particularly Service Transition (Change, Release, and Deployment Management)
- High-Stake Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with a proven ability to present to, negotiate with, and influence Senior Management
- Proactive Problem Solving: A self-driven attitude with the capability to identify delivery bottlenecks or deployment risks early and implement mitigation strategies independently
