Release Lead

We are looking for an experienced Release Lead to lead the planning and coordination of releases for a banking migration program, ensuring a controlled transition to production with minimal disruption to customers and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the release calendar, deployment plans and cross-team dependencies.
• Coordinate application, infrastructure, testing, data migration and business teams.
• Confirm release readiness, including testing completion, data reconciliation, operational readiness and required approvals.
• Coordinate cutover rehearsals, deployment activities and rollback planning.
• Facilitate Go/No-Go reviews and ensure compliance with banking change management processes.
• Manage release risks, issues, stakeholder communications and escalations.
• Coordinate post-release validation, hypercare and handover to operational support.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience in release management within banking or financial services.
• Experience supporting complex migration or technology transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of release, change and cutover management.
• Strong planning, stakeholder coordination and risk management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and dependencies under tight delivery timelines.
