Job Description (JD)
We are looking for a Release Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage the end-to-end release lifecycle for multiple applications across the enterprise. You will ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality software releases while working closely with cross-functional teams to minimize risks and support successful deployments.
Job Qualifications (JQ)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Release Management, Project Management, or Service Transition.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple releases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- ITIL certification is an advantage.
- Experience deploying packaged applications is a plus.
