Job Description:

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run the release calendar across web apps, iOS and Android apps, desktop apps and data platform releases.
• Manage environments (Dev, QA, Staging, UAT, Production), configuration and environment readiness gates.
• Run change control and go/no-go reviews with clear criteria, rollback plans and release notes.
• Own branching strategy, code-freeze windows, versioning and deployment automation with DevOps.
• Coordinate client release windows, app-store submissions and hand-over to RunOps.

Must have

• 16+ years, with 6+ years in release or environment management for multi-platform products.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Jira, and release automation.
• Strong change management (ITIL or equivalent) and incident and rollback handling.
• Experience with mobile app-store release processes.

Good to have

• Data platform (Databricks) deployment and job promotion.
• Experience releasing to Japanese clients with formal acceptance.
• ITIL v4 certification.
