Release Manager – Network Infrastructure

We’re looking for an experienced Release Manager to coordinate end-to-end network implementations, engineering activities, and IT service delivery across cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles supporting network projects/programs.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Mandatory experience with Change Management, CAB processes, and procedures .
• Strong background in IT Service Delivery.
• Solid project and program management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end network infrastructure delivery lifecycle, from business requirements to technical implementation.
• Coordinate multiple, interdependent projects, engineering resources, service providers, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Manage release planning, deployment activities, schedules, risk/impact assessments, and change windows, including Production Day-One readiness.
• Track project scope, progress, quality, costs, and commitments.
• Communicate status, release schedules, risks, and updates to stakeholders, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure implementation documentation is complete and manage Change Requests (CRQs), CAB participation, release readiness reviews, and post-implementation reviews.

Technology Scope: Experience across network infrastructure and enterprise environments, including Data Center/DMZ, B2B, VOR, Corporate, Wealth Management, Branch/Financial Center networks, Wireless LAN, Structured Cabling, WAN, Optical Systems, Public/Private Transport, SD-WAN, LTE, Cloud, Virtualized Services, and Switched Ethernet.
