Release Train Engineer / ART Lead

B2B Contract - min 12 months engagement

We are looking to connect with experienced Release Train Engineers / ART Leads. You will coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams, aligning business, IT, OT and external suppliers in a regulated environment.

Your responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate PI Planning, establishing iteration and PI calendars.
• Consolidate team and programme PI Objectives and track delivery against agreed goals.
• Facilitate ART synchronization, cross-team collaboration and dependency management.
• Coordinate programme backlogs, milestones, roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Drive the resolution of risks and impediments, maintain stakeholder alignment and report on ART performance.
• Coach leaders, Scrum Masters and teams in Lean-Agile practices.
• Support continuous improvement and coordinate quarterly service-management reviews.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer, ART Lead or equivalent , coordinating delivery across multiple teams.
• Strong practical knowledge of SAFe , including hands-on facilitation of PI Planning .
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry , with awareness of GMP and non-GMP environments.
• Experience coordinating business, IT, OT and multiple delivery partners.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to attend the office once a week and participate in additional mandatory onsite qualification, configuration and testing activities.

The preferred experience range is 8–12 years of overall professional experience . Familiarity with pharmaceutical qualification processes would be an advantage.
