TMC Luxembourg is looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) (M/F) for one of its clients.

About this vacancy

You would be responsible for coordinating agile teams, facilitating SAFe ceremonies, tracking objectives and performance indicators, as well as identifying and removing obstacles. You would also ensure alignment between business needs and technical teams, coach key stakeholders, and manage inter-team dependencies, while promoting agile governance and continuous process improvement.

What we expect from you

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an RTE or Scrum Master at the program level.
• SAFe SPC certification or equivalent SAFe certification (version 5 or 6).
• Proficiency in the SAFe framework: PI Planning, ART Sync, and Inspect & Adapt.
• Proven experience in agile transformation within a complex, multi-site, and multi-team environment.
• Strong skills in facilitation, communication, and coaching of agile teams.
• Ability to manage conflicts, risks, obstacles, and inter-team dependencies.
• Expertise in agile management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL methodologies is appreciated.
• Experience in the life insurance sector in Luxembourg is an asset.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
