Releasing Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Answers telephones calls and inquiries regarding status of Medical Results.
• Consults Laboratory Supervisor for all sensitive cases that require immediate action.
• Releases medical certificates and other examination results.
• Coordinates with the examining technician/physician regarding medical findings that need attention.
• Instruct messenger to deliver the medical results to the clients.
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
• Ensure the quality of work in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedure of the company.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Experience in Customer Service is Advantage.
• Keen to details, organized, versatile, and can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
