Reliability Engineer (Chinese speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Working with both Regional and Global support teams, ensuring efficient handling of issues, and providing timely solutions.

• Enhancing our existing Python script framework, driving its growth and contributing to the codebase.

• Providing support for high frequency trading systems, with an emphasis on market data and order routing.

• Leading latency analyses and performance investigations in order to improve the quality of trading systems.

• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing Scheduling tools (Airflow DAGs) in line with business requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a technology or support function, preferably in the crypto or finance industry.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience in Scheduling tools like Airflow DAGs.

• In-depth understanding of HFT systems, Order Passing, and Market Data.

• Familiarity with cloud computing infrastructure (a plus).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.

• Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with teammates in remote locations.

• Willingness to provide after-hours (including weekend and public holiday) support when necessary.
